Operational draft — owner/legal review required. This text is a working draft prepared for review and is not yet reviewed legal advice.
1. Services
Rexora provides AI process automation services: process reviews, workflow builds, assistants and ongoing support, as described on this site. Service descriptions on this site are informational; the binding scope is the written agreement for each engagement.
2. Quotes and pricing
- Prices on this site are starting points; the final figure is agreed in writing after scoping (normally an AI Process Check).
- Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. EU B2B: reverse charge applies. Lithuanian customers: +21% VAT.
- This website takes no payments and has no checkout; nothing is charged through it.
- Third-party costs (paid tools, API usage, licenses, hosting) are billed separately and agreed in advance.
3. AI assistance boundaries
- AI outputs are assistive. They support people; they do not replace professional judgement.
- Sensitive steps (payments, customer communication, hiring and similar) keep a human approval gate by design.
- Decision-making stays with people: we decline scopes that require removing human oversight from sensitive decisions.
- The client remains responsible for decisions made in their business, including decisions informed by AI output.
4. Client responsibilities
- Providing lawful access to the data and tools in scope.
- Ensuring the client has the right to share any personal data involved.
- Reviewing and approving workflow outputs where the agreement assigns approval to the client.
5. Liability
Liability principles (caps, exclusions, indemnities) are agreed per engagement in the written agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of specific savings, revenue or outcomes; illustrative examples are examples, not commitments.
6. Governing law
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. [OWNER: confirm jurisdiction and dispute venue]
