2. What this website collects

This website is a static site without a backend. It does not set tracking cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not store form submissions on a server.

The contact flow opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. Information reaches us only if you choose to send that email, and is then processed as ordinary business correspondence.

3. Hosting

The site is served by a hosting provider (currently Vercel), which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) in server logs as part of operating the infrastructure. We do not enrich or combine this data.

4. Principles applied in client engagements

• Data minimisation: workflows process only the fields needed for the agreed purpose.
• Purpose limitation: client data is used solely for the agreed engagement.
• Retention: retention periods are agreed per engagement; data is deleted when the purpose ends.
• Deletion requests: clients and data subjects can request deletion at the contact address above.
• Processor logic: where we act as a processor, a data processing agreement (see the DPA outline) governs the engagement, including any subprocessors.
