These documents describe how the service operates and are provided for information. They are not legal advice.
1. On this website
- The homepage "control room" is an illustrative, deterministic in-browser animation on sample data — not a live AI system and not connected to any backend.
- The product fit check is a scripted, rule-based assistant that runs in your browser. It is labelled as such, is not live AI, and sends nothing anywhere unless you choose to email the result.
- The optional AI assistant is a live AI feature. While it is switched on, the message you send is forwarded from our /api/rexora-assistant endpoint to Google (Gemini API) to generate the answer — see the privacy policy for the details of that transfer.
- The assistant answers only from Rexora's verified offer catalogue, never confirms that an order was accepted, a meeting booked or a message sent, and always states whether the answer came from the external provider or from Rexora's own templates.
- Rexora does not store or log assistant conversations. Using the assistant is optional — info@nonstopgroup.lt is always available instead.
2. In client engagements
- AI is used to read, extract, classify, draft and route — always within the scope agreed with the client.
- AI output is assistive: it informs people, it does not decide for them. In sensitive domains (hiring, legal, finance, HR) a person makes every decision.
- AI systems can make mistakes. Workflows are designed so that mistakes surface (exception queues, confidence thresholds, human approval gates) instead of passing silently.
3. What AI output is not
AI output is not legal, tax, financial, medical or HR advice, and not a guarantee of accuracy or outcome. Decisions made on the basis of AI output remain the responsibility of the people and organisations making them.
