Refund, Cancellation & Project Scope Policy
How scope, changes, cancellation and refunds work by default. The written agreement for each engagement prevails.

1. Scope
- Scope is fixed in writing before a build starts (normally on the basis of an AI Process Check).
- Anything not listed in the scope is not included — the "not included" lists on product pages are defaults, the agreement is binding.
- Scope changes are agreed in writing with their price impact before work continues.
2. Cancellation
- Either party can cancel with written notice as set in the agreement.
- Work completed and third-party costs incurred up to cancellation are payable.
- Monthly support runs in monthly cycles and is cancellable by agreement towards the end of a cycle.
3. Refunds
- The AI Process Check produces written deliverables; once delivered, it is non-refundable.
- For builds, payments map to delivered stages; a stage accepted by the client is non-refundable.
- If we fail to deliver an agreed stage, the unearned part of the payment for that stage is refunded.
4. No outcome guarantees
Engagements buy defined work, not promised business outcomes. We do not sell guaranteed savings or revenue, and refusal to promise them is part of how we keep estimates honest.
